Hey, Region-watchers! This week we take a look at the era of flower children, the era of peace, love, and harmony-oh, and the Vietnam War. It was a tumultuous time of frustration, rebellion, and radical change. Johnson struggled to juggle the war and his “Great Society” while Richie Havens made up the words to his famous song, “Freedom”, on the stage at Woodstock. Students were rioting and bullets were flying, but that didn’t stop half a million people from sitting in a muddy field in New York listening to some of the greatest artists of the time. Close your eyes and relax as we take a sweet sweet journey back in time. Unfortunately, due to some technical mishaps, the podcast was lost in cyberspace.
