Ragged Old Flag Fans…
This week you guys showed off your loyalty by letting my buddy Eli Briz take over the aux chord and records in the booth for your pleasure. It was beyond fun to hear his new music vibe and get a taste for something that we don’t usually get here at the show.
As he called the show for the night- “Groove Shack”, he followed up on the name. The broadcast was filled with laughter, smooth hip hop and R&B, and a special visit by our very own guest DJ’s girlfriend!
Please make sure to give the broadcast a listen, you won’t regret it! Getting to sit back and be an active participant and also a type of “viewer” as well gave me a chance to break the norms that I have in the booth and think of more ideas for weeks to come. Reflection and inspiration can spark that creativity we sometimes need! And a good laugh always helps deliver.
