Thank you everyone who tuned in tonight and excused the slightly less polished nature of this broadcast… This was our first Record Deep Dive, and I decided to experiment with many things including the lack of a script or background music! Did it work? Would y’all listen to more of these?

Either way, it was a breath of fresh air for me. I loved taking a small break from the typical fast-paced-ness of my show to sit down and dig deep into one of my favorite albums of all time with y’all, even if I ended up gushing a lot and going a bit overtime! Moral of the story: Don’t get Disco Dan talking about Allan Clarke. You’ll never hear the end of it. Go check out the Hollies’ studio albums instead if you have time between exams! Even with all the success of Long Cool Woman, they are still one of the most underappreciated bands of the ’60s and ’70s in my opinion. And to all the Sugar Dove fans: have a wonderful Thanksgiving! No broadcast next week!
